All the fiber boxes are now installed and will be funtional from December 1st. However, this requires that you have registered and received a code from Fibia. Call 70292431 for assistance.
Please connect the power to your box now to ensure it’s operational on the 1st.
If you have selected TV from WAOO you need to switch cables on the junction box, which is located in the shaft outside your apartment.
Remove the black cable (with red tape) and replace it with the loose white cable (with green tape). Switch off your television while changing.
Fibia’s technicians will be offering onsite assistance on Monday December 4th, 13 - 16.
